Ratings and reviews

The designers must update its icon as it's looking very inconsistent among other app icons. It should be modernized and simple, just like TBC UZ, Anorbank or other apps. Secondly, the app should include facial verification to verify the user rather than blocking the access and beg for calling to a specific number. That's very inconvenient

I couldn’t access the app because the identification process failed several times. I tried multiple times, but it still wouldn’t verify my identity. Please check the issue and fix it, or provide an alternative solution so that I can successfully log in.

Awful app! Won't allow loan extinguishment after 7:00 PM or during non-business days. Not sure if this is out of incompetence or deliberate, to charge more from late customers
