What’s new

ConnectWise users — this one's for you!
Added a "My Tickets" option in the Tickets module to quickly view tickets where you're the Owner or an assigned Resource.
Improved Filter UI in the Tickets module (ConnectWise only for now — rolling out to other PSAs soon).
Removed "CRM ID" from ticket editing and SMS module to reduce UI clutter.
If two PSA integrations are set in MSP Process, the app now selects the first one alphabetically.
Misc. bug fixes and improvements.
