Truly Terrible!! The software is awful! If you need to use it out in the field, be prepared for your device to freeze up at any moment, it drains your battery from 100% down to zero in about 4 or 5 hours. There are constant updates that makes everything slower and slower every time. And as an added bonus you have to delete and scrub all your data and reinstall every time. Today was the last straw! I need to go out on service calls and I cannot even open the app to go to my jobs. Don't Use this!!

The app currently crashes almost any time it loses focus, it might be a good app someday if they make it more stable. It also gives errors when cell signal is weak and some a lot of the buttons in the item billing area are too small or don't respond well. Needs bigger hotboxes and a loading indicator to show it registered a button hit and it loading when signal is weak with a slow connection.

Main issues I have had are with clocking in/out and loading the app. Either the clock out button is unresponsive, leaving me clocked in for well over 29 hours in one day, or when I clear the cache and try to restart the app, I get a white screen. Wouldnt be an issue if you could clock in/out on PC.
