Excellent app, however all of a sudden I am unable to complete a payment. Its taking me to end till the Fnb banking app approves the payment, then it says "oops sorry we are unable to complete the payment at this moment". Is there any reason for this sudden occurrence. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but no luck. Don't know if its me or its a common occurrence.

App is glitching. I bought R3000 worth electricity and the money went off my account but the app won't show my token. I have sent numerous emails and ticket has been opened. I was sent a token via email but it said "failed" when I entered it. Now EasyPay says it's my problem to contact the municipality myself because the token is not their problem. I am furious, R3000 short and don't have electricity. I will never use this app or company again. Don't use it. I will also be reporting them.

Horrible experience, payment went wrong due to a 'system error' on their side. But, the amount was already taken from my account. Took a lot of hassle for over 2 weeks to get my money back. Service is not existent. Fortunately, there are better services around. Avoid this business, I will never use them again. EasyPay = easy gone!
