A few comments on the new app. 1. Pease restore saved meters and meter descriptions associated with transaction history which is now only numbers. 2. Prepaid electricity token numbers display very small compared to the old app and digits are not divided into groups of 4, making it harder to read and to copy correctly. Please restore the way the old app displayed with large font and divided into groups of four numbers? 3. Re Contact Us page, please add an option for app-related queries.

Horrible experience, payment went wrong due to a 'system error' on their side. But, the amount was already taken from my account. Took a lot of hassle for over 2 weeks to get my money back. Service is not existent. Fortunately, there are better services around. Avoid this business, I will never use them again. EasyPay = easy gone!

Excellent app, however all of a sudden I am unable to complete a payment. Its taking me to end till the Fnb banking app approves the payment, then it says "oops sorry we are unable to complete the payment at this moment". Is there any reason for this sudden occurrence. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again, but no luck. Don't know if its me or its a common occurrence.
