I am really keen to get started with Bank Zero, but the app has a bug preventing me from registering. It occurs when selecting the option to pick up the bank card at a nearby Clicks. Successfully selecting a clicks, the app won't let me continue to the next screen. Changing to my home address lets me continue but not complete the process stating an error. Really sad. I'll rather look elsewhere.

Great customer service which has been far superior to the traditional banks. Four stars for the app which is not always intuitive (more labelling could help?). I like not having to navigate through endless tiles or menus. It would be nice to have a choice in how the exported transaction data is formatted. Still better than some traditional banks' apps.

Good day, I opened my account with Bank Zero yesterday, simply because I required a Bank Account and for the added convenience of having my own personalized Debit Card delivered to me, instead of having to go from kiosk to kiosk (only 4 kiosks total in my City) to replace my expired Debit Card from a rival bank... The kiosks are always out of order, have no cards in them or both. So this will be a test run on the resilience of Bank Zero. So far, opening an account, is seamless, quick and easy.
