I am one of the students using this app, and I'm not happy. I am supposed to study for a test I have to write tomorrow and there is no page number option to find the pages (some of my friends has the hard copy of that book and there IS page numbers in it), and when I finally find the topic (by going through the contents), it keeps jumping to another page and I have to look for it again. Although the customer service is good, I have no time to go to them with every problem.It is really ridiculous

Snapplify is always on my IT tools...and appreciate this direct access to the textbooks that I need to help struggling learners. "The Team" is always prompt in responses, patient and courteous in helping this "senior" user of the app. With high regard and commendation. Bravo!

I initially gave 2 star due to issues like zoom resets, no copy function, and a clunky read-aloud voice — frustrating for independent study. However, Snapplify’s support was excellent: they responded promptly, processed a refund, and even offered help to test the issue. I’ve since bought the book elsewhere, but I’m updating to 4 stars to acknowledge their effort and service. If you have issues, their team is willing to assist.
