The app itself is good, but good luck logging in if you get logged out. I have used the same password for years on most things. (Bad I know). But when trying to log into this app it always says my password and or user ID is wrong. I've had to call tech support too many times trying to log in an its simply just frustrating. Again the app itself works great. Love everything about it. Just hope you never get logged out.

"authentication" randomly fails and locks my account after one attempt even though it's correct. Also happens if biometrics is enabled. Super annoying. Based on other reviews it looks like I'm not alone too. Update to comment: if it's down why can I log into the Web portal. Also if that's the case you seriously need to update the error message. Still not any happier

Went from 5* to 1*. Crashes during login. Crashes 6 times while trying to deposit a check. Sunlight is a problem with attempting to take a picture, it can't! UI is terribly slow and program no longer exits, you have to FIX it. Get it fixed. 3-1-2024 update. Still not fixed. Says check not signed, front image doesn't look like front, then oops something went wrong! Need to go to ATM to do this! Had my wife install the app also, she can't deposit checks either.
