Violin tuner allows you to easily and accurately tune your violin by using the built-in mic. Simple for newbie and precise for professional.

If you dont have some tuninng presets you can request via e-mail or you can use it as chromatic tuner to tune any instrument. Simple interface allows you easy determine exact frequency of the sound.
You can also tune by ear by cllicking on violin buttons to hear real instrument sound.

I am also in a highschool orchestra. I'm a beginner so my teacher told me not to touch the peg. At home I wanted to practice but my violin was way out of tune and the small screws weren't working so I touched the big peg. It didn't go well at first as the string loosened so much I thought it broke. Then I downloaded this app and it worked! Long story short this app is great for beginners who are scared to touch the pegs or who just don't have oral training. 👍🏾

Just started using the app to tune. Helps zero in on the desired tuning quickly. Preset settings for three diff stringed instruments. When one changes instruments you must exit the app and return for the change to be registered and usable.

I've used this app for a quite a while now, but I do prefer the way it was before it was updated. If possible I would love if they added an option to have the layout and sound of the version they had not too long ago.
