Very useful app, much like other famous ride sharing apps in design style. I think the geolocation feature could be a little bit improved as it did not follow my location during my trip. Adding a card is slightly complicated too, with it leaving the app to approve and complete. Otherwise I am a happy customer.

The easiest way to move around, at a good cost. The drivers arrive quickly. Its interface can be a bit tricky to navigate, though. One has to set some where-to locations manually as they can't be added through search even if they're landmarks or Importabt buildings (bus station etc). Also, it would be easier if one could pay by card through the app. That being said, I find it very useful and believe these issues can be solved. I like it a lot!

I have always used gg, for years. I should say that one of their main competitive advantages was the drivers and also the online payment function. I haven't had another app until this year. The flow of low-quality drivers started last year, this year every second one causes problems. They don't know the roads and can't use the map, the car is dirty, damaged, they change it before. The application is obsolete, as didn't updated and they use the map of yandex.
