App has improved but still needs work. Main problem is when I am trying to add pictures to a report. The max is 5 per report & it takes forever for the report to be submitted. It will sit there saying "Sending Photos" for maybe 15-20mins, if not longer. Then after all this time, it will kick out and say that there was an error and it didnt submit the report with pictures. very frustrating & time consuming. Doesnt let me go my job duties effectively. please work on this problem.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have a new release this week addressing performance of photos. The reason we have a limit of 5 per report is to assist with PDF generation.

Not always possible to send incident reports. I had to use instead regular mail or other means. I took pictures, did scans, checked all boxes with and without incidents. Uncheck boxes, tried everything, and still couldn't sent incident report.

mobohubb I don't like to that you manage my phone calls listening on my phone calls I don't appreciate that function on your app it's against the law for anyone to listen and manage my phone calls on my personal cell phone the app needs a little work I can't upload more than 4 pictures on this app need to have at least 10 pictures or more available to load up when you're in a certain area and you have service the scanner codes it doesn't want to scan
