The beautiful coastline, once a pristine haven, is now littered with dangerous, hidden debris – remnants of a recent storm and careless dumping. As a dedicated beach cleanup volunteer, you're equipped with a specialized scanner that detects these hazardous items. However, your scanner only indicates the number of debris pieces surrounding a particular area, not their precise locations. You must carefully navigate the beach, using your scanner readings and logical deduction, to uncover and safely remove all the debris without triggering any accidental explosions from unstable materials. One misstep, and the cleanup effort could turn disastrous!

The goal of this beach cleanup mission is to reveal all the safe areas on the beach grid without triggering any hidden debris. To succeed, you must correctly identify the locations of all hazardous items.
