Attempting to pay insurance bill via BPay via app. Because I use the same insurer the biller is there but only one reference number is visible. I attempted to change this, going so far as to even deleting the biller so I can add it all from scratch,and the app won't let me input this biller/code, saying that it already exists. Except, I can't see it to select and pay, so, it does not exist! Very bloody annoying. Not really acceptable with a banking app in this day and age. Do better.

This was the best bank and loved this app, not sure what's going on clearly someone got sacked or budget cuts, but for an online bank to have a glitchy app if unforgivable. It's unusable now the log in has been painful for a while but now it continues to shut down, reinstalled it twice, it's such a basic app I'm surprised they can't get it to work

Lol do you guys even have any UX people on the team? This app is so unbearable. I have had multiple phone calls with ME about the fact that the app shuts down when I try to add to Google Wallet. This app and bank are in the past. No Osko, no card details on app (to manually add to Google Wallet as last resort). Could not get card details over the phone wither to also try manually adding my card to Google Wallet. Me bank is in the past 🤡
