Ratings and reviews

Update 2024 Still poor user experience. Notifications of new chats/offers aren't always shown. The whole notification system of "is this still for sale" is tedious requiring the user to go back and forth multiple times. Still no option to rate buyers when a sale hasn't gone through. Several people have wasted a lot of my time only to end up not buying. We should be able to warn other users of such buyers.

Annoying app. It took 5 times to be able to login. The only message I got said: " Try again later." After reinstalling the app it saud my account is blocked. No mail or anything explaining why. I contacted support and after 5 days still no reply. I tried making a new account and it said to try again in a few hours for my own safety... 😴

Except the fact that you can find a lot of ads, the experience is rather poor and disappointing. With every update the app is more cumbersome to use, integrating more and more features, officially for ease of use, in reality to collect more and more data. Also, logged out automatically multiple times just because I changed the networks where I was connected from. It's a monopoly in this sector and monopolies are not good! PS: almost forgot about the flood of ads!

What's new

Je kan nu in de 2dehands Chat, naast onderhandelen en betalen, ook je pakje verzendklaar maken en volgen. Als de koper betaalt, krijgt de verkoper het verzendetiket direct per mail. De verkoper moet enkel nog het verzendetiket afdrukken en het pakje afgeven aan een bpost postpunt.
