About this app

The widget is designed to enable/disable mobile network data transfer (mobile traffic control).

For Android 5 and above the option "enable/disable data transfer" is not supported (invoked the system settings).

Implemented:
• displaying the mobile network type (depending on the device and SIM-card);
• indication of the GSM signal strength;
• displaying direction of the IP PPP traffic (sending and/or receiving);
• indication of when the unit is roaming;
• ability to change the border color of the widget (at installation);
• ability to change the horizontal and vertical size (for Android 3.1 and above).

Data transfer via the mobile network depends on the connection state of the Wi-Fi adapter and conditions of your mobile operator. Recommended for use jointly with "Wi-Fi Info" widget, which contains the indicator "Network availability".

Too big. Needs to be 1x1. Also, I have app idea for you! Status bar widget that shows same data as status bar - Date / Time / Data / Hotspot / Battery / Wifi / Camera / Bluetooth. This does not exist yet, I don't know why. Make them small and compact icons. Fit everything in 2x2. And, able to toggle what you want to show in the widget. Now I have 5 widgets to show all this! Need single widget with all this in very compact format. Thank you.

This widget is one of only one that I have found that works properly. The OTHER widgets fail to update the status immediately and they sometimes give an incorrect status. THIS ONE WORKS PERFECTLY.

This is great. Much easier to see the signal strength in a nice square box rather than tiny bars on the top.

What's new

Changed the widget's "Preferences". Added the ability to change the horizontal and vertical size. Widget ready for Android 12.
