My experience was extremely horrible. When I used this app looking for some help, it drove me to Whatsapp. And try to guess, without any answer, after several hours had passed, though. I'm so much disappointed with this app. One droves me too much mad.

Absolute garbage app for managing your mobile account. The requirement to disconnect from WiFi to login to your account is mind boggling. And in the last 6 months I've only been able to login twice because the app has an infinite load bug or something. And nothing else can be done to fix it. I never received a password to login to my account the normal way so I have to play the lottery with the auto login using mobile data. What a nightmare this app is.

Awful service with broken support options. Apps fail to load images and barely work when using data with TIM. When trying to talk to support, it's a broken robot that ignores what you write. For a human it says "Please wait" for hours or days, and if you switch to a different app, the whole app resets and you have to start over. Buggy and broken, choose a different internet provider. You can see they don't care or even read reviews because they just reply "try our live chat" which is broken.
