Unyclub is an online district and club management platform for Rotary International. Its application version has been developed with the help of governors and club officers and is directed to the members to facilitate the search and the flow of information.
The application is restricted for use by associates and allows only one installation per user. The club secretary is allowed to renew access for each team member if necessary.
Active members on the system can view news and events filtered by clubs or the district. Consult contacts and information of governors, assistant governors, district staff, club officers, clubs and associates (upon authorization of the same) and may even search by profession.
In the event calendar, the member can confirm their participation and their relatives and still make the payment via ticket or credit card if the event offers some activity by adhesion.
Our users can consult their frequencies in real time and even launch their own recoveries to facilitate the work of the secretariat. Recoveries require validation from the clerk and immediately update the club's attendance at the district.
Clubs that choose to use the financial system with the payment gateway will be able to charge members who through the application will receive notifications, vouchers and will authorize the payment via ticket or credit card.
The application still gives the user the ability to update their data, check their peers' birthday, district calendar, club calendar, and goals for the Rotary year.
This first version aims to further integrate the Rotary family and stimulate new ideas for tool improvement.
