All this time I thought my device was malfunctioning when the app is the problem. After reading the reviews. I'm having just as tough of a time as everyone else. It's not communicating with the device, whether from my Android or Apple phone. When it finally does, it keeps relaying the wrong instructions and won't program, and the cam reverts back to original setting. So I sent it back to the seller. When they hear that the app is the problem, I'm sure someone will be demanding compensation.

I initially gave this a one star review. But that was a little unfair, especially compared with what else is on the market. Initially this worked brilliantly. For some reason, on Android, it just started dropping the connection. Main reason I took the time to edit my review is for the prompt response and genuine effort to help of the camera vendor. The app developer was beyond useless. Neither were able to fix the issue although at least for now I got things working myself.

I have used many we cans now and this is the worst most basic software I have ever used. Essential features are missing the main one being you can't download/view captured videos remotely. No motion sensor area triggers. No controlled alarms on motion. This was the most expenive camera purchase ever around 300gbp and the software was not nearly as good as cameras I purchased for 50dollars. Do not buy!
