The new version of app is very in convenient to use as like the earlier version it doesn't have any dash board to show amount due for the different meters registered by me. You have to individually choose the customer id, then navigate to the correct screen before seeing the amount due. Even to use app, every time you need to type in your phone number.

Worst app, I have ever seen. Please back the previous app. The previous one is more than 100 % better than this one. The present one does not clearly indicate whether the Bill is paid or not. The previous one shows six months consumable units and six months payments details. The only drawback not to be download the bills. In the present app, it some times it shows correctly, but mostly it shows wrong information. It's more complicated , Please redesign the app for the beneficiary of the user.

Not as good as it used to be. It was highly convenient to see all pending and paid bills at one glance. Now it's painful to keep checking one by one. And now we need to insert ID and pin each time we open the app. Very time consuming and irritating.
