What the client app is for the building technician and the Collab app for the property manager is what the Compact app is for the end user. True to its name, it combines the most important HOOC functions in a simplified form in a handy format.
Simple user management is also very important in the Compact app. No more tedious entry of user data (invitation via QR code), web access is quick and easy thanks to secure proxy and all messages can be seen at a glance in the message center. Instead of the system integrator listing all the controls he monitors in the client app, the end customer now only sees his own system on the display. And should this fail, he will receive a push message directly to his cell phone thanks to HOOC Alert. So that he – or she – also has a clear view and control of his own system.

All the functionalities are possible thanks to the VPN integrated in the app. It enables access to systems and installations - be it for access to the required data or for remote access.
