For over 5 days now. If I go into my app, the details have been static. If I try to refresh it tells me no network connection but my network is perfectly ok. Please what is the issue? I seriously don't know what is wrong with you guys application. If it's from the backend or the infrastructure guys For over 1 week now. The data wasn't refreshing I updated the app. It became worst... The app is blank. No single information on it.

There have been some issues with the app recently, I have used this app for more than 2 years and it has been working fine. All of a sudden, I was unable to login to the app because of internet connection issues, even though I have sufficient data and service on my phone, I could not even do anything, I wanted to make many transactions but I couldn't because of this issue.

It used to be okay before. But now, is the worst one. It kept saying "No network connection" . The same network that powered it to the point of buying/selling. In short, I can't do anything with my money on the account for some months now. Use other wallets except you're willing to get stuck with Luno. Their updated App is more than WORST, it's HORRIBLE.
