God awful to cancel an order. 10 minute window that their chat bot wastes so much time it guarantees you'll miss it, then they will pretend they can't just go into the shipper portal to stop the order.

Awful. Absolutely no plus sizes. Only goes up to a size 14. And they have two.....TWO! Two options for sizes 16-18. Beautiful dresses but no plus sizes, so BOOO! 👎👎👎

The app is still set in UK standard. It's a bit laggy and some of the features don't work. Like selecting a country
