The app doesn't do the main thing it is supposed to do (at least according to the manual that comes with the BMW charging station Gen 3): to start and stop the charging. So it is completely useless. It does offer a more detailed charging history than the BMW app, but that's a small consolation. I tried to get in touch with the developer, but there was no reply Radu Gavrila

The app is pretty much useless. You have to connect to the wallbox each time you open the app and the features are very limited. The only useful things about it are the firmware update and charging history. Would be nice to have other information like when the charging is completed. And why does it need to keep running in the background?

this is the worst car charging app I have EVER used. you need to bypass it entirely by using the right "dip switch" setting inside the box. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

2. "Demo Mode" and "Installation guide" on main page for user to get information before logging in.
3. "Plug & Charge" mode is suitable for user who turn on Bluetooth authorization and want a direct charge experience.
4. Add a connection Icon when logging in to indicate Bluetooth signal strength.
