About this app
The CRM application provides the following functional modules for operational staff on the move. Each module is called from the menu on the left and is connected to the other through contextual menus, which allow to easily switch from one function to another. This interconnection allows to realize the business process in a flexible form as a function of the activities with the client.
For all the functions you can also see the attachments.
Registries (CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECT)
It manages all the master data that the user has permission for visibility in various types: Lead, Suspect, Prospect and Customers in the portfolio.
The registries are manageable both the business for B2B activities, which retail for B2C activities.
In addition to traditional personal details you can also store company contacts (eg. The director, commercial director, responsible agents, etc.), Additional contacts and all locations of the company. E 'can also view additional information (characteristics) typical of its business model and useful to get to know the target audience.
OPPORTUNITY
The opportunity, as its name indicates, is an opportunity to contact the master data we have on file. They can be created from this menu or by using the corresponding menu function in the master data or the products and services function.
OFFERS / ORDERS
This module allows you to browse all the offers (Orders when accepted by the customer) and insert new ones from staff on the move. They can be created from this menu or using the appropriate menu in the master data function.
APPOINTMENTS
This module allows you to enter and consult appointments dividing them by their appointments or all and then between those of today, of the week, month and all.
Appointments can be created from this menu or using the appropriate menu in the master data function.
TO DO
This module allows you to enter and view the activities to be done by dividing its activities and all activities to do and all. The ToDo can be created from this menu or using the appropriate menu in the master data function.
CATALOG PRODUCTS AND SERVICES with PHOTO, AND TECHNICAL BROCHURE
This module allows you to browse the catalog products and services and to create a very fast order with just a few clicks selecting items and loading them on the truck. At the end we will be included customer references, and the order of those involved.
They handled variants of the articles and the specific list.
For each article they are also available attachments, such as: photos, brochures, data sheets.
STATISTICS
They are displayed five basic statistics on various activities in CRM Mobile:
1. Opportunities submitted by various contractors / agents
2. Opportunity for various clients
3. Opportunity into a sentence
4. Value Product / to all Offers / Orders Service
5. Quantity Product / Service for all Offers / Orders
ADDITIONS
Thanks to the CRM application integrates Address Book, Calendar and TODO Microsoft Exchange and Google Calendar.
PERSONAL VIEWS
Using the advanced capabilities of CRM, you can configure custom views for endless Mobile users who can display on their smartphone or tablet even business information on other enterprise systems (eg. Customer deadlines, goods delivered, commissions, etc ...)
DEVICE SUPPORTED
The application can operate both on tablet than on SmartPhone. They supported devices based on Android 4 ICS (Ice Cream Sandwich) or higher:
• Tablet or similar Samsumg
• Samsung SmartPhone or similar
The CRM application works only in connected mode.
