Not only the worst mobile banking app I've used, but one of the worst apps out there today. Glitches abound, and even after entering the CORRECT username and password, it STILL only works less than half of the time. Unbelievably frustrating. If they can't figure out how to make a mobile app that works, how the hell can they take good care of your money?

Like the app overall except for a few things. When in the credit card part, statements will not download although they download fine if you sign into the website instead. Also, in the main part of the app, things are laggy. Numbers appear slowly when you type them into boxes, and drop-down menus are slow to load causing the wrong item to be selected occasionally.

I've become very unhappy with the app. To the point I'm considering changing banks. The app used to be incredibly easy and used friendly. Now it just constantly circles when you know you've entered the correct information. So it holds you hostage of sorts, from knowing how much money you have in your account. Once you do gain access, which is basically a miracle. Then the app is great easy to do check deposits, transfers, and or estatments. It's just the part getting there is the problem
