I am very displeased how I was attended by the customer service, I was left hanging throughout the day for an unsuccessful bill payment transaction. and customer service kept me waiting without feedback, and customers are barking for their token as they need light. I lose the trust of my customers because of this. I am hoping to review it back if customer service is more efficient

Whenever I have any issue about the app, I would quickly lodged my complaint on Whatsapp and there will be quick response. With this am certified with the app. Keep it up.

Is this app still exists? Because I made a transfer into may data villa account, it doesn't reflect in the app and charted them on WhatsApp, no replay, I called them, no reply either. Hope they are not 419?
