Ive been using the app for a long time, and it's very good. I've almost never had issues with the app, so keep up the good work! Just adding to the issue people have had, as of the most recent update, I also have to consistently verify, and check marking the "remember this device" is essentially useless as I have to continuously re-verify on logins. The app has served me well otherwise for years! Hope y'all are able to resolve this issue.

I downgraded my review to a one star instead of two stars after continued App issues. I still have to have a code sent to my phone, every single time I check my account because my sign in information/password doesn't seem to matter anymore. My account balance is often inaccurate. I'll make a purchase, my payment will get taken off but then because the payment gets adjusted after pick-up "think Walmart pickup orders" all of a sudden the app can't keep up and refects the wrong amount for days.

The app is very handy when it works, but I haven't been able to log in after the last several updates, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app TWICE today. I'll go to Google apps, no option to upgrade so I click OPEN and I only have the option to exit or upgrade an already upgraded app. Won't let me through to the login screen. **EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY** Nope, just uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

This issue is due to the Play store sometimes saving the older version of the app and not displaying the Update button immediately. This typically resolves itself, but you may also search for the Hancock Whitney app in the Play Store & select the “Update” button there. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
