I like that the board doesn't highlight where your chess pieces can go, allowing me to work my brain more, simulating a real life chessboard. It does jerk my chess piece off if I go against the rules, so that is fun and part of my own learning curve. Best chinese chess app I ever found. Would hope to have it always. Cons: the easiest level is really tough still. I haven't won a single game on easy mode!!! Hahahaha.

Other user experiences don't understand the massive amount of INTERACTIVE manuals this app has. It has several thousands of pages of material on top of thousands of pages of material. This app is best used for serious study of xiangqi. It has numerous INTERACTIVE manuals on openings, endgames, etc. Still great. It has more essential books than any non chinese can even begin to imagine.

I like this app. I can move my chess pieces freely without indicators which allows me to pratice realistically. It feedbacks only if there is an error upon dragging your piece to a non-allowable position. No intrusive ads, and there are end game solutions to see for fun. Would recommend to others.
