We have overhauled our app to improve look, feel and functionality for our drivers. As you have seen, we have also separated into two apps. Dial*In is intended to provide tools more focused on loads and gives you access to some Qualcomm features while you are away from the truck. In*Gauge is intended to enhance and speed up your tasks and communication with tools you can use anytime of day.
Dial*In features include:

- PTA Status
- Lumper Request
We will continue to improve the current features and introduce more functionality.

I have a Samsung galaxy S10+, I've turned on all the notifications. However, I NEVER receive any! What the Heck! THIS IS NOT GOOD. ESPECIALLY, AS A NEW SWIFT DRIVER. I was informed that I had a couple of loads scheduled for tomorrow so I checked the app. Sure enough they were there but I was Never notified. This is a serious issue. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

Works when it wants to. Been fighting the app for about an hour trying to see what my next load is. This app use to be good at one point but it now crashes in an area where there is 5G, but works fine in areas where there is no 5G. Trying to update my phone to see if that fixes the problem but so far, it is not looking good. It also freezes when you try to turn everything on like PTA status, next load, etc. Never did that until recently.

The permissions this app requires are horrifying. There is no function that this app performs that would need access to my SD card, stored media, photos, camera, USB devices, location or contacts. This seems to be designed to spy. I don't have a single app on my phone that requires permissions for tasks it is not designed to perform. I would strongly caution anyone who is thinking about downloading this app or the ingauge app. I just read the privacy policy. It is absolute insanity.
