Bad app. No categories: it's important that you have subcategories (administration , teachers) and to see who is communicating... As Kaizaila has been removed and switch for this....Just awful. Teams is better, more polyvalent to put lessons etc. Hope the school will change this and give up this app. Not practical at all.

Sometimes I dont receive messages, i have two children, either i receive messages from school for one of them or for the other but not both. Its the same number and email address. I have to uninstall the app and install it again but it happens again and again.

No matter what I do to the settings on this app, i never receive notifications of New messages from my daughter's school. I have to check the chat for her school in the app multiple times a day just to make sure I don't miss an important message. I hope her new school next year doesn't use this app.
