From last one month I am unable to acess my new account. Bank staff is saying there is problem in app. What to do.

This app works very slow and is a very old model. According to me, the application is absolutely bad. My experience with this application has been very bad.

This app is useless and this this bank provide worst banking services and this app always shows unable to process and their internet banking website is very slow and buggy. You should quit your job, shut the bank and do something better in your life.
