September 4th update seems to have fixed the August update's bugs. I still have to go through login process twice when using biometric login because the first attempt always results in an error message), but it is working. I still prefer the iPhone app but glad to have this working again on my Galaxy S23.

Horrible horrible crashes every time. Dec 2022 called to inform Bcross the app is glitches big time and the attendant refused to acknowledge. Worst app! Aug 2024 App is still not working. I can't even login now. There's literally an update every month, yet nothing is ever fixed. Recently when I submit a claim, it submits it twice which flags my account- please fix this app!!!

App keeps telling me that I have the wrong password policy combo. So frustrating. I've had to delete and reinstall so many times. Once in awhile that works to get it to accept my details but most of the time it doesn't and then it shuts me out for 30min. Fix this please!
