Ratings and reviews

They will always do false commitments. Even after asking multiple times, their executives told same for pre and post hospitalization coverage from the day 1 of maternity but when it comes to claim, they denied pre and hospitalization claim. Even I have confirmation on email but still they are not agreeing on that. Even after requesting multiple times no one shared the policy document and even nothing mentioned on app also.

Everytime you go to the app and click on Acko drive, you get harassed by calls for the next 1 month. Can't browse the app in peace without getting unwarranted calls. No option but to avoid using app to avoid harrasment. Same for insurance. Requested multiple times to take me off the calling list but they say you used the app and you will get these calls. Don't understand the purpose of calling daily for a month and listening to the same information.

Worst experience, being in insurance industry, their agents are not sure on what documents they need, they ask same documents multiple times, worst customer experience, after providing the requested documents, they will ask for something else, after providing all the documents they now telling that they have to investigate at the end moment. The claim hander will never call and connect to discuss on the document and their requirements, I have to follow up with them ki bhai aur kya chaiye tumko!
