It is a very horrible app with a very horrible device I am trying to download the audio, but it's not generating the link properly (404 error) The audio quality is bad when recording with the AI Voice Recorder model L816 It doesn't transcribe other than English... For example, when I record an Arabic conversation the the meeting summary is just 1 word repeated again and again

fantastic app! very helpful and was indispensable on my last trip abroad. I really love this app and recommend it to all my friends and family!

Half of the recordings are not transcribed properly resulting repeated gibberish despite the recording being intelligible. The price of audio transcriptions is not worth it. Customer service is non-existant. User interface is poor. Would not purchase again.
