I can't reset my password to get into my account. Thankfully I was able to remember it but not being able to rest it is a major flaw.

I'm waiting on some customer support before I write my review. I sent them an email with my issue. The parts of the IFlyTek Note Air2 that I can get to work seem to work as advertised. I didn't realize that you have to be in a broadband wi-fi environment in order to record and transcribe lectures. I found out the hard way when I tried to demonstrate this to my grandson in a restaurant without Wi-Fi. I also can't figure out how to sync my device to this app. I asked tech support to call me.

Integration with other services needed. so far I am happy with my new Ainote air 2 (hoping for updates that resolve my needs), I have been able to install apk. files allowing Google play onto the device - this opened up the larger and more user friendly interface that I have come to expect. The device came with "APK Pure" as an app store however, it's no good from what I found. The only remaining issues - install the native software on my desktop / intagrate "Schedule" with google calendar.
