Ratings and reviews

I love that the service is free but it sucks. I used to love it but now it's horrible. Don't get me wrong, the UI has been given a massive overhaul but it feels slow, the account system is broken, features take forever to load and some of the elements are seriously broken. I am in the process of leaving for Zoho Books. Improve the app, website, overall service AND support and maybe I'll consider coming back.

Have been using Akaunting for the last two years for free and suddenly my account is inaccessible unless I pay. No warning or allowing a transition period to download my data in case I don't wish to pay. Just a vague email about new plans that may affect me and then immediately making two years of work inaccessible. The request to access my account one last time in order to download this year's financial information has been ignored. Exceedingly sneaky way to force existing users to pay.

I installed this App, last year on my phone and Computer Laptop, was really fun to use for my small business. This year, I was trying to raise an invoice but the App wouldn't allow me. The error message kept saying "trying to get property type of none object". I don't just understand. Developer this same error message shows on my Laptop. Kindly fix it. I've already bought some other app, to help my business. I cannot afford to lose money.
