Useless app. No matter how big the order is or how many times I place it, nobody shows up to collect my items. Customer service is also useless, they don't respind to WhatsApp, or phone calls, or even in the in-app complaints. The store itself is amazing, I wonder why they would risk their reputation with such awful app and customer service!!!

The app is good. The laundering / dry cleaning is good. The collection & return of items is terrible to the point that I'm no longer going to use the service. Supposed to collect/return between 16:00-21:00. Initially this was happening but then a new guy is doing this and doesn't arrive until 22:00-23:00. Or, as with my last order, he didn't show up at all. Left feedback & complaints but received no response and no improvement.

Worst app in store. Full of bugs making it impossible to use. When I finally got around the bugs, I added 6 carpets to be picked up then pressed check out, I was told it doesn't accept any amount less than 1000! wasted my time struggling with your bugs infested app.
