Not just the app, the airline itself is a mess. Cheap but very unreliable. I've had my flight which I had booked over a month cancelled not once but twice. Costing me extra money rescheduling my connecting flight with a second airline and of cause a waste of time. Customer service too is so useless, you be on queue for ages until you quit. If you really need to be where you want to travel to at a specific date, Kenya Airways is not an airline to choose, very unreliable and useless airline.

Impossible to login to the awards scheme as it asks for otp which they then send after it's expired. Very useless experience.

The most stupid airline ever seen. Poor service, not on time and above or leaving passengers stranded for more than a day before a flight arrive
