Ratings and reviews

This app is dreadful. Simply selecting the calendar of events just opens up chrome which takes you to a file that fails to download. For such a core area of functionality I'm gobsmacked Amex haven't bothered to sort this out.

Would be good to have one app for all the transactions related to Amex. Currently only website is the only place to have all the options while there are two app and complex to navigate and doesn't have the basic options redemption/instant voucher

Ermmmmmm... Hard to explain what purpose this app actually serves. We've lost so many aspects of Amex service and some nupty thought creating this app filled some sort of gap? Talk about a solution looking for a problem. Utterly irrelevant product.
