I been using zosi's systems for the last 4 years now. I just upgraded to the 4cam ptz system. It's friggin awesome. I love the text message customer service though the app as well. They do a really good, are very patient work with me and all my ADHD questions. Good to help me with any issues/problems. Their systems are incredibly easy to set up and the security is spot on. I even tested to see if someone was able to scan the QR, if they could get access without my acc info. Nope! Spot on!

I'll leave my original review below. I reached out to Zosi support and the tech that got back to me was fast and very helpful. Turns out the issue was the font I was using on my phone at the time. DainluminousLC font was what I had set at the time once I changed fonts everything was back to normal. Ever since the last update whenever I open just one camera feed, and then full screen it so it rotates the UI language changes to Chinese according to Google translate.

Constantly says offline and no audio. Have to switch it back to HD every time I change cameras to view. Very slow playback. My Wyze cameras are much better quality, sound, night color vision, etc... these were a let down, for sure. Not to mention it won't work on the actual TV, for whatever reason, hence why I rely on the App, and though it's hooked up via Ethernet Cable, I constantly have to restart it at Home which doesn't help while away and it says offline when Xfinity App says otherwise.
