Online banking has improved! My local bank tellers and the two bankers on the floor are always efficient & helpful. The loan officers DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS (since 2020)! I'm not 100% confident in them protecting my money(preventive), but they were very helpful when a few different things happened to my account (reactive). Still overall, FR has better service than what I've experienced before. (been a customer for 6 years.)

Constantly having to change passwords is utterly ridiculous. I am traveling and trying to do banking and have to spend 20 minutes getting a new password. I appreciate security, but this is unnecessary. I've never had to change my password at my primary bank and have NEVER had a security issue there. Maybe First Reliance should check their own security.

This is definitely an improvement over the last app. Biometrics are still a bit buggy, but glad to have it working again. I like the look a whole lot better too. *Update* 9-7-21 Definitely an improvement on biometrics! It no longer takes a minute and is more instant.
