Very low exchange rates for Pakistan and address verification system very poor. In my point of view, this service has failed. No toll-free number customer service is also not available 24/7 funds transfer speed is also very slow. I'm totally disappointed with this useless service

This is a convenient app to send money if you don't want to go out to remittance centers! However, you cannot use the app for emergency! It takes a long time to update the top up! And still have to wait few days before it's credited on your hubpay account. Sometimes it's so frustrating if I need to send money right away!

Hello Liany! Thank you for your feedback. Please note that wallet top ups are totally depended on your local bank account as we only wait for the credits to settle. Our top ups are automated and once the top up amount has been credited to us, it will reflect on your Hubpay wallet instantly.

Initially I rated this app 5 stars. Now I am forced to revise the rating they no more offer competitive exchange rates. They offer better rates for new customers and offer worst rates for good old loyal customers. There are other better apps available.
