Ratings and reviews

Downloaded yesterday. Too slow. Takes an eternity to load. M uninstalling this app just because of its slowness. I have other options like Daraz. So, why would I fill up the space on my phone? Will definitely come back after a year, in an anticipation that the developers will work on this issue.

Awful experience with the mobile app. Takes forever to load the cart. But the online transactions are smooth and the delivery is fast. Hope they update the app so that customers can have a smooth experience while searching for products. The website portal is great though.

Customer service awesome, application awesome, delivery awesome but I am just giving 2 stars cause it takes a while lot of time to load the searched items like more than 3 seconds and it just takes aways the patience to use the application
