Old method to search property holder name was good. New updated method need property number, very difficult to find own property. As per old method we able to search property by holder name and ward number. Kindly make it as it was in previous version if possible.

Kindly fix the glitch that it will shut down automatically sometime. Also feedback form is not working properly (can't submit the feedback form), make user friendly interface and make it attractive , this version is very basic and old kindly improve it and upgrade to modern one.

This app is of no use. i downloaded it to check my status of complaint but it is still pending, this rmc is not working at all. still no action is taken against the drivers of rmts bus no. 57 that comes late to pick up government engineering College students and drives so fast at a speed of 120 km/hour and also departures late almost 20-30 min from there usual time. moreover they also exchange their route's and time of departuring. They don't start the bus on time. sometimes doesn't stop also.
