Life time access is the promise but I can no longer access any of my purchased courses again. I thought it was network at the onset but was given option to re purchased courses I have paid for and almost complete some of them. I logged out to re login it keep denying me access. User not Found. Please do the needful I so much respect and adore the good work of this app.

This is like the first time I'm using this app... First off your customer care service is extremely bad... I sent a message since over 10 hours now and no reply. No phone numbers to call... I bought a course, I sent the money and funded the account given to me and till now they're telling me pending...

Everything about this initiative is very good. The issue I just discovered recently is whenever I want to continue the course, I usually have issues on access the app as a whole until i force stop, clear storage or something uninstall the app and reinstall. Please fix this issue as that is the major difficulty faced on the app, every other thing is good
