I have lost my physical card. I cannot find any shop or open counter to buy. I also cant find any card vending machine that actually has new card in it.... so, I had to use my Digital card. (the Credit card charge is a little more expensive from the regular price and charges you extra for transfer. ) so, I had to use the app but I cannot use it offline(means no metro) and in daylight (b/c of reflection). What is the point of this app then.... just to add balance?!

Most of the buses don't work with nfc and says gecersiz kart, qr codes don't work properly during daytime because it's too bright outside. In the off chance where digital cards work without any issue it takes too long to work. If you're introducing a new system please make sure it actually works.

Hi When I was using the app in English, if I try to load the balance and pick 100 TL; I see a typo mistake on the payment screen. It shows 10.000 TL to be paid. I think it is a cosmetic bug, but I recommend you to check. It is not happening in Turkish. Thanks
