After some time not using the App, I am asked to update it. Pressing the Update button takes you nowhere - when it even shows. There is no Update button in the App Store, so I erased it and reinstall it. And it is still asking to be updated. There is now way to use it. I’m the meantime, you end up with an expensive electronic lock that only opens manually. The only lock code in use is one that everyone knows and cannot be changed. Such a scam and waste of money and time.

Have being using the locker app for two years. It never receive a significant update or new features: multi user accounts, battery level indicator, Google home integration, nothing. It's pathetic. More than that: interface is slow, notifications don't have signifitative name (you have to open one by one), the app don't use biometric to authenticate, notifications time don't respect timezone, it's a mess. I will avoid using Yale in the feature because of the app, the locker itself is awesome.

It's brand new, and after I created 1 code, now it says there's an error and doesn't allow me to do it. Worst purchase ever. I cannot use it for what I need/want.
