I just take a couple of rides per day, whenever the client location is en route. So, I haven't used the app that much but I know tootle as the first ride sharing app in Nepal and for that very reason, it has all my support. Starting an enterprise in Nepal is not that easy, still they managed to do it. It faced challenges, competing with two big companies, still they're doing their best. Pathao and indrive are better in some aspects but still my first priority always goes to tootle.

This app is waste of money. First of all their employees call you for completing the registration time and often. And then after when it comes to take rides there is no passenger. I took one ride in two days when customer pays the fare it was too less than fare that shows on my rider app. Tootle gives discounts to customers but when it comes to ad on to the wallet the refuse to do so. And their employees do not pick up the call as well. I took a successful ride yesterday and now my ac is expired

I am a rider this app is worst.. I took a ride which was 100% free ride and as per customer she ask me to drop nearby.. her ride was completely free so I said it's on the company so I check the balance but tootle didn't pay me in that case Ive lost my petrol commission time money everything I called office number but hey didn't response too bad for driver..
