One of the worst banking experience I ever had in my life I used the app for probably 1 week and they Blocked my account with my balance I used my Emirates ID to open the account but they said for some security reasons the need to check some documents I kept contacting the customer service for more than 8 month and they kept telling me they already sent an email and am telling them I never received it I don't recommend anyone to use it, the worst customer service ever

Bad aap. One account access many devices same time even you change password and number both but aap always open all devices same time it's harmful for our data and make fraud with it. Very bad

Bad support. Money on hold for account verification. It ls verified with Emirates ID, tho. No response from support. they replied to me here asking me to contact them on email, in which I am sending to them everyday :P
