Half the time it doesn't work and always when I'm in a hurry and need to know my balance fast. Then if you need help they don't have a designated help line for this service. If its evening or weekend your stuck. A lot of times logging in to your PC will not reset this app. The old app was much better. It didn't do as much but you could count on it.

I'm 90 years old and deposited a birthday check for my 1st time with success! If I can do it on my 1st try, anyone can... so easy and convenient. Thank you, BOGB!.

Miss the old app, pain to not have a pin and have to type the password every time. Doesnt let you click on transactions to see similar ones recently. New app missing alot of functionality the old one had.
