If I can, I will give a negative rating. Very poor response to customer. Order one item, it wasn't delivered for a week. Every time I called, only deceived. In the end, they told me to cancel your order. What was that man? Totally wasted my time, i really want to punch them if I could. Why the hell I even use this app.

I recently had a terrible experience with Sy Bazzar, a shopping platform. I ordered a product from them and paid for it, but the product never arrived. When I contacted them to ask about the status of my order, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I eventually had to file a dispute to get my money back. I would not recommend Sy Bazzar to anyone, as they are a scam and should be avoided.

Ok . I will admit this isn't the best app like daraz but it is improving and with more support they maybe succeed in delivering better service. The good thing are it provides free delivery 90%of the time with low prices and good products , and their Gurkhas sales are much better than daraz flash sales and discount I got an RGB strip light for 150 rs . The bad thing is delivery time as they don't have dedicated delivery services for their company separately. And a bunch of systems error.
